FAQ

  • Anytime! It’s fine to jump in mid-training cycle.

  • Ideally I’d like you to have dumbbells, cable machines and machines in order to be able to progress load. There will be substitute exercises in the training platform exercise library you can choose from to work with the equipment you have.

    You may also want to have ankle straps.

  • I program for 4 days, however if you only have 3 days available it’s easy to adjust.

  • Plan on 45 to 60 minutes.

  • Hypertrophy phases are 8 weeks.

    Periodic metabolic deloads are 1-2 weeks.

  • This program is designed for beginner to intermediate levels of fitness. The great thing about weight lifting is that you can increase difficulty of the program through increasing weight, tempo, changing rest intervals, better execution, etc.

  • I will be very active in our online community!

  • You can cancel at any time!

    You cancel by logging into your account on the web version of the app, not on the mobile version.

    Log into:

    annmariemasseyfitness.trainerize.com and navigate to My Account (drop down in the top right corner under your name). Click on Purchases. Click Cancel auto-renew. You will have access to Outlast through the end of that billing cycle.

    To update your credit card, click on Payment Information under My Account.

    Outlast is a subscription. Your credit card will be billed monthly on the day your program started.
